This policy explains what information T1ER Personal Training ("T1ER", "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, fitness goals, training preferences (in person or online), and anything else you choose to send when you enquire or book.
• Automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Please don't send medical details through this site unless we ask for them as part of your training onboarding.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and schedule consultations and sessions
• To deliver in-person and online coaching
• To measure and improve our website and advertising
• To send updates about T1ER, only where you have agreed or the law allows, with an unsubscribe option in every message

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel and related tools from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors use this site and to show our ads to relevant audiences. Meta may receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, and may combine it with your account activity under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings and through your browser's cookie controls.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run T1ER (for example, Calendly for scheduling, email, payment, and website hosting tools), with Meta as described above, and when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No online system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR, and we will honor valid requests.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
